Advice on How to Trade Forex
I wanted to take the time to show you how to trade forex. The foreign exchange market is the largest market on the planet with huge sums of money being moved around each day. It's the marketplace that decides the value for all the currencies in the world. People are always looking for new ways to make money and a lot of people that enter this market, leave just as fast. This market can be unforgiving, especially with consuming your money. I'm not trying to scare you because you can make a great living at this, but you need to know the basics to do it properly. I'm going to share a little of what I've picked up on over the years.
The thing about currencies is that you trade them in pairs. The profit you make isn't from the currency itself, but the difference in change between two currencies (or pair). The problem when you start out is that you have a lot of different pair combinations to choose from and you might feel it is necessary to try out a few of them. I'd advise against that. Just do one and learn it. Do it, until you can profit from it, than you can move onto another pair. This is how to trade forex properly.
I think an essential part on how to trade forex is your software. This is like any other job and you're going to need the proper tools to get the job done. This market is a 24hr market and you're going to have to face the fact that you're going to have to sleep eventually. It's not safe to leave currency in the market without watching it, that means you sell it at the end of the day (which can be very unprofitable) or have software watch it for you.
